Purses and Bags for Barbie

Today we are looking at DIY purses. I made a whole bunch of them because they were so fun to make once I got the hang of it. My inspiration and instructions came from a Pinterest pin which you can watch here.

Here's a look at different bags. Same pattern, but different material and embellishments.

I bought some of the faux leather sheets at Hobby Lobby for $1.49 each. I found them back where the felt sheets are. I also got some from Amazon and I am posting links here for the sparkly ones. I also bought this set. For the embellishments I actually got fingernail jewelry! You use jump rings to attach the handle to the purse. I bought these because I wanted a bunch of different sizes and colors. And you get a lot for under $10. They didn't go to waste either. I used them later on in my jewelry making. I used this glue.

I have to apologize. I cannot for the life of me find the exact printable pattern that I used to make these purses!! The closest one I can find is what is in this video. But I cannot find a printable pattern!
